LOOK AT THIS PICTURE, WHICH BAG OF BREAST MILK IS GOOD. THE ANSWER WILL AMAZE YOU

Nowadays there are lots of Breastfeeding selfies and videos. Mothers trying to explain how breastfeeding is important for normal and healthy development of the babies in general. Women proudly document their ability to nourish their child, refusing to be shamed for it, because, um, they have the ability to nourish their child. No other reason necessary. But unfortunately lots of disapprovals for breastfeeding in public were showed in many videos and picture.

But no one has done this what this mother did. Namely, Mallory Smothers from Arkansas posted her breast milk on Facebook. The ultimate super food and first and only nourishment for the babies in the first months.

She posted a photo (above) to Facebook of two bags of breast milk — one pumped on a Thursday night, the other pumped the next morning — because of how drastically different in color they were. In the caption, she detailed her “cuckoo awesome” discovery about breast milk.

“I nurse Baby every 2 hours or so overnight and don’t pump until we get up for the day,” she wrote. Early Friday morning, she noticed her daughter was “congested, irritable, and sneezing ALOT,” and assumed she’d come down with a cold.

The next morning her breast milk was was much creamier and resembled colostrum, the type of milk that’s loaded with infection-fighting antibodies and leukocytes moms typically start making just prior to giving birth.

And she remembered one article she read couple years ago in one medical journal. The article was about breast milk. In fact the article was mothers’ milk changes to accommodate the needs of her baby, describing the process through which mammary glands can interpret an infant’s saliva and change the milk’s immunological composition accordingly.

She manages to prove the link between the mother and the baby.

Here is the article:

The article really exists and it was published back in 2013 in the journal Clinical and Translational Immunology. They found that when a baby is sick, the numbers of leukocytes in its mother’s breast milk spike.

Pretty interesting fact! It seems the body function like an extraordinary organism.
